Etsy Teams - Words of Wisdom from a Shiny Friend

My fellow SATeam teammate, Kristy, just posted some very apt thoughts on her blog, Simply Shiny, about being a member of an Etsy team.  For anyone who is already a member of an Etsy team,  or one at ArtFire or somewhere else, or anyone who is considering joining a team, I highly recommend that you read Kristy's post called "Etsy Teams: Expectation vs Reality."  

In general, Simply Shiny is a great blog to follow, with tons of useful information and frequent updates.
